With a playoff win on the line, Alvin rose to the challenge on Thursday. They never let the Fort Bend Clements Rangers get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The Yellowjackets not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 25th (when they won 16-2).

Alvin's win bumped their record up to 10-14. As for Fort Bend Clements, their loss dropped their record down to 16-11.

Alvin will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rangers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
