Farwell had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 8-15 to make it four. They lost 16-1 to the Shepherd Bluejays. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bluejays this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-2 on Tuesday.

As for Shepherd, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6-1 record this season. Considering they have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

For Shepherd's part, they got a massive performance out of Brady Robinson, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Those three hits gave Robinson a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Tristin Fisher, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI.

Looking ahead, Farwell will take on Coleman at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Comets at the right time seeing as the Comets are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Shepherd, they will face off against Rudyard at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
