Soccer Recap: Parkwood Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Parkwood was feeling good fresh off their 9-0 takedown of Anson last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolf Pack lost 9-0 to the Monroe Redhawks on Wednesday. Parkwood were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Monroe earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Parkwood's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-10-3. As for Monroe, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-6-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Parkwood is set to challenge their familiar foe Mount Pleasant at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Monroe will face off against rival Central Academy of Technology & Arts at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
