Basketball Game Preview: Windsor Academy Knights vs. Trinity Christian Crusaders

Windsor Academy is 2-8 against Trinity Christian since January of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Windsor Academy Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Trinity Christian Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. Windsor Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Trinity Christian likes a good challenge.

Windsor Academy will head into Monday's contest hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by 41) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Piedmont Academy 66-63.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Trinity Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 61-45 win over Fullington Academy on Monday. That looming 61-45 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Crusaders yet this season.

Windsor Academy is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-14 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.6 points per game. As for Trinity Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 3-19.
