Lakeview had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 47-35 win over the St. Mary's Crusaders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-33 back in January.

Lakeview's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-9. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely St. Mary's, Rogue River, and North Valley. As for St. Mary's, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Looking ahead, Lakeview will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Rogue River at 5:30 p.m. Lakeview is facing Rogue River at the right time seeing as Rogue River is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for St. Mary's, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against North Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
