Sky View extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Abby Thatcher. The Bobcats walked away with a 2-0 win over the Layton Lancers on Friday thanks in part to Thatcher, who had seven digs and four aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

While Sky View won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23.

Sky View's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Layton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Sky View didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Delta on the 22nd. As for Layton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Payson on the 22nd.
