Basketball Recap: Spearfish Comes Up Short

Spearfish and Lincoln squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Spearfish had to settle for second. They lost 55-33 to the Lincoln Patriots. The game marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Spearfish's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Lincoln, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-1.

As of now, neither Spearfish nor Lincoln have any future games scheduled.
