Volleyball Recap: St. Thomas Aquinas Comes Up Short + How To Watch

St. Thomas Aquinas was the 3-1 winner over ConVal when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Saints lost 3-0 to the Cougars on Monday.

St. Thomas Aquinas' defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for ConVal, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.
