Episcopal extended their winning streak to ten on Tuesday, bumping them up to 12-5. They came out on top against the St. Pius X Panthers by a score of 5-2. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

As for St. Pius X, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the defeats came by an average of only 1.5 runs.

For St. Pius X's part, Kira Braden 2028 was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: she struck out 11 batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits (and not a single walk). What's more, Braden 2028 gave up only zero walks, the fewest she's had since back in February of 2025.

At the plate, St. Pius X saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kennedy Flenner 2026, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Looking ahead, Episcopal will face off against Bellville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Pius X, they will head out on the road to take on Cooper at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
