Football Game Preview: Temple Tigers vs. Ryan Cowboys

The Temple Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Ryan Cowboys at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Temple's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Corn Bible Academy on Friday. They fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 2-0. The Tigers have struggled against the Crusaders recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Ryan faced Geary in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Cowboys simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bison 56-12. The win was just business as usual for the Cowboys, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Ryan's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Temple, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Things could have been worse for Temple, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 15-0 loss to Ryan in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
