Oxbow strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the North Country Union Falcons. The Olympians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.

Anastase Bourgeois made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out 14 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in May of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Mazie Bourgeois, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Mackenna Houston, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Oxbow was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in seven consecutive contests.

Oxbow pushed their record up to 9-0 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. As for North Country Union, they now have a losing record of 0-1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oxbow will venture away from home to take on Blue Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Olympians' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bucks have averaged an impressive 12.3 runs per game this season. As for North Country Union, they will head out to square off against Harwood at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
