The home team had won the previous four meetings between Mountain Home and Twin Falls, and Twin Falls kept the tradition alive. The Tigers took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bruins on Monday. The Tigers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Andrew Chapman was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Tre Morse was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
