Cherokee Trail won the last time they faced Overland and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars blew past the Trailblazers 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-12, 25-17.

Londyn Donaldson paced Cherokee Trail's offense, picking up ten kills. Donaldson got some help from Avery Krause and her 25 assists. Alize Flores controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Cherokee Trail's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Overland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season.
