Volleyball Recap: Jupiter Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Jupiter Christian was the 3-0 winner over NSU University when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Sharks by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Jupiter Christian actually scored more points across those five sets (104-99), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 17-25, 17-25, 25-23, 15-12.

Ella Brodner paced Jupiter Christian's offense, picking up 24 kills. Brodner got some help from Addison Dorsey and her 33 assists. Maylee Mize controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

NSU University was led to victory by Allyson Koury and Sloane Smith. Koury had five digs and four aces, while Smith had four digs and two aces.

Jupiter Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for NSU University, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Jupiter Christian has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Oxbridge Academy on the 28th. As for NSU University, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Chaminade-Madonna on the 2nd.
