Football Game Recap: Polk County vs. National Christian Academy

National Christian Academy had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They blew past Polk County 40-8. The margin was wide but not a surprise since National Christian Academy is ranked far ahead of Polk County in the MaxPreps state rankings.

The win got National Christian Academy out to a 1-0 start for the season. The loss dropped Polk County back to even at 1-1.

In two weeks, National Christian Academy take on Archbishop Carroll at 2:00 PM. As for Polk County, they will face of against R-S Central. Neither Polk County nor R-S Central could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
