North Point waltzed into their match on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Fort Zumwalt North Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

North Point was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-12.

Leading North Point to victory were Libbie Meek and Ivanna Osorio. Meek had nine digs and two aces, while Osorio had five digs and four aces. What's more, Meek posted four assists, the most she's had over her last seven matchups. Raegan Herin also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

North Point's win bumped their record up to 29-3. As for Fort Zumwalt North, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-13-1 record this season.

North Point will square off against Howell at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Fort Zumwalt North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
