Volleyball Game Preview: Liberty Hawks vs. Fresno Christian Eagles

The Liberty Hawks will head out on the road to take on the Fresno Christian Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Liberty lost 3-0 to Wonderful College Prep Academy on Thursday. The Hawks have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Fresno Christian waltzed into their game on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers.

While Fresno Christian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lemoore scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20, 25-18.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Fresno Christian, their win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-22.

Liberty couldn't quite get it done against Fresno Christian when the teams last played on April 7th as they fell 3-1. Can the Hawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
