The result was an unpleasant reminder to Manchester Central of the 63-42 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.
NyAsia McKelvey continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Manchester Memorial, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds. McKelvey has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last nine times she's played. Torle Adumene was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Manchester Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Manchester Memorial, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

As for Manchester Memorial, they will head out on the road to challenge Alvirne at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
