Jacob Perkins was a major factor in Northeastern Clinton's victory over Saranac on Friday. Perkins wasn't messing around, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with five or more strikeouts.
