Abingdon/Avon won the last time they faced Princeville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Tornadoes came out on top against the Princes by a score of 6-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tornadoes.

Addy Onion spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on seven hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Taylor Ford, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run. Another player making a difference was Abby Kemp, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Abingdon/Avon kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are 9-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
