After a string of seven wins, Brentwood Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Eagles have suffered since April 13, 2024.

Brentwood Academy's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-4. As for Christ Presbyterian Academy, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.
