Beecher's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 52-21 victory over the Grant Park Dragons. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Dragons recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Grant Park lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ian Hamann, who posted five points. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Luis Maldonado also deserves some recognition as he scored his first points of the season.

Beecher's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Grant Park, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
