After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Prairie/Max, New Town was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They breezed by the Dunseith Dragons to the tune of 69-34. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

New Town has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points per game. As for Dunseith, they dropped their record down to 2-10 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Town will venture away from home to challenge Rugby at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dunseith, they will head out on the road to square off against South Prairie/Max at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. South Prairie/Max will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something Dunseith surely won't give up without a fight.
