For the second straight game, Lodi will face off against Kimball. The Flames will welcome the Jaguars at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lodi is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

Landon Beasley made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
In other batting news, Santino Ramirez was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Rylan Takahashi was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
Lodi kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in three consecutive contests.

Kimball's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Lodi has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.8 hits per game. It's a different story for Kimball, though, as they've been averaging 8.7 hits. Given Lodi's sizable advantage in that area, the Jaguars will need to find a way to close that gap.
