Northwest is 0-6 against Coronado since December of 2017 but things could change on Thursday. The Northwest Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Coronado Leopards at 6:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Northwest is headed into Thursday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 31st straight game dating back to last season on Saturday. They took a blow against To'hajiilee, falling 69-35. The Falcons were down 60-24 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 66-18, which was the final score in Coronado's tilt against Logan on Saturday. The matchup marked the Leopards' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Coronado now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Northwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.
