Volleyball Game Preview: DePue Little Giants vs. Wethersfield Flying Geese

The DePue Little Giants will face off against the Wethersfield Flying Geese at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

On Tuesday, DePue came up short against LaMoille and fell 2-0. The Little Giants have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

While DePue ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Wethersfield beat Elmwood 2-0 on Thursday.

While Wethersfield might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Elmwood scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-19.

DePue's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Wethersfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-6 record this season.
