Football Game Preview: Camp Point Central Panthers vs. Brown County Hornets

Camp Point Central is 9-1 against Brown County since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Panthers will square off against the Hornets at 1:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Camp Point Central is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 44-0 victory over West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs]. The Panthers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Hornets' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 95th, while the Warriors are ranked 270th).

Camp Point Central's record is now 10-0. As for Brown County, their record now sits at 8-2.
