Football Recap: Woodland Park Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Woodland Park had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped down to 2-5 to make it four. They were dealt a 57-8 defeat at the hands of the Florence Huskies. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Huskies apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Joey Williams threw for 149 yards and one TD on only 14 passes. Nathan Summeril was his top target, picking up 76 receiving yards and one score.

As for Florence, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Noah Howard, who rushed for 228 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 14 carries. Howard is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 153 every time he's taken the field this season. Ryan Robinson was in the mix as well, providing Florence with two TDs.
