There's no place like home for Cosumnes Oaks, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against the Franklin Wildcats by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

The final score came out to 25-15, 26-24, 24-26, 25-12.

James Lor paced Cosumnes Oaks' offense, picking up 13 kills. Lor got some help from Jaiden Atienza and his 29 assists. Atienza was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

Cosumnes Oaks has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season. As for Franklin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-16.

Cosumnes Oaks wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Laguna Creek on the 15th. As for Franklin, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Monterey Trail on the 10th.
