Football Recap: Charlton County Indians vs. Brooks County Trojans
Charlton County had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped down to 4-5 to make it four. They received a blow as they fell 39-21 to the Brooks County Trojans. The Indians lost against the Trojans in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 49-8 score last time.

Despite the loss, Charlton County still got an impressive performance from Omari Wilson, who rushed for 160 yards and one touchdown while picking up 10.0 yards per carry. Wilson has become a key player for the Indians: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 2-4 otherwise.
