Amity Regional is 9-1 against Hand since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Amity Regional and seven for Hand.

On Wednesday, Amity Regional came up short against New Britain and fell 3-1.

While Amity Regional had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 21-25, 25-21, 25-20.

Amity Regional's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Soma Kim, who had 15 digs, and Griffin Davies, who had nine digs.

Meanwhile, Hand lost 3-0 to Xavier on Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19, 25-14.

Hand's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Amity Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.

Everything went Amity Regional's way against Hand when the teams last played two weeks ago, as Amity Regional made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
