Basketball Recap: Somerville Comes Up Short

Somerville was the 57-54 winner over Peabody Veterans Memorial when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The matchup between the Somerville Highlanders and the Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners didn't end well, with the Somerville Highlanders falling 67-49.

Somerville's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Peabody Veterans Memorial, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Coming up, Somerville will face off against Plymouth North at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Peabody Veterans Memorial does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
