Baseball Recap: Chicago University Comes Up Short

Chicago University and Beecher squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Chicago University had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 9-8.

Chicago University has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Beecher, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-16.

As of now, neither Chicago University nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
