It's playoff time, and Mission Bay had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their defense stepped up to hand the Preuss UCSD Tritons a 4-0 shutout on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Buccaneers, who have now won seven games by three goals or more so far this season.

Jackson Villani and Tiesto Kleisli scored all four of Mission Bay's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 17 goals.

The win was the third in a row for Mission Bay, bringing their record for this year to 13-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three contests. As for Preuss UCSD, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-8.

As of now, neither Mission Bay nor Preuss UCSD have any future games scheduled.
