Softball Recap: Mount Abram Comes Up Short

Mount Abram was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Madison Bulldogs, falling 9-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-3 on Wednesday.

Mount Abram's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Madison, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Abram will head out to square off against Oak Hill at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Madison, they will venture away from home to face off against Hall-Dale at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
