Softball Recap: Smidt Tech Has No Trouble Against Annenberg

Smidt Tech made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Annenberg, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Smidt Tech Grey Wolves put the hurt on the Annenberg Panthers with a sharp 18-3 victory on Tuesday. This was payback for the Grey Wolves, who suffered a 12-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win got Smidt Tech back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Smidt Tech will face off against Triumph Charter at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Triumph Charter has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11 runs per game on average), something Smidt Tech will no doubt try to take advantage of. Annenberg will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus at 2:00 p.m. on March 17th.
