Softball Recap: Panguitch Has No Trouble Against Pinnacle

It was a proper cat-fight when Panguitch challenged Pinnacle on Thursday. The Bobcats blew past the Panthers 21-2. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by ten runs or more this season.

Panguitch got a massive performance out of Kadee Harland, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. That's the most stolen bases Harland has posted since back in March. Katie Hatch was another key player, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one triple.

Panguitch was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .722. They are 9-2 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Panguitch has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Pinnacle, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Panguitch beat the Panthers by a score of 19-0 later that day.
