Hilton is 8-1-1 against Rush-Henrietta since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Cadets will venture away from home to square off against the Royal Comets at 7:30 p.m. Hilton's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Hilton's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Webster Schroeder. Given Hilton's advantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 73rd, while Webster Schroeder are ranked 219th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Rush-Henrietta's offense. They lost 7-0 to Fairport on Wednesday. Rush-Henrietta have struggled against Fairport recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Hilton's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Rush-Henrietta, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
