Football Recap: Blue Ridge Takes a Loss

Blue Ridge fell victim to Benedictine and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Cadets, falling 62-0. The loss put an end to the Barons' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Blue Ridge fell to 2-1. As for Benedictine, the victory (which was their sixth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Blue Ridge will head out to face off against Hargrave Military Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Benedictine, they will square off against Georgetown Prep at 1:00 p.m. on the 20th.
