Volleyball Recap: West Elk Takes a Loss

West Elk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Argonia Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-10.

West Elk's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Argonia, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Coming up, West Elk will be playing at home against Flinthills on Tuesday. As for Argonia, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Cedar Vale/Dexter on the 16th.
