Football Recap: Gettysburg Takes a Loss

Gettysburg fell victim to Lemmon/McIntosh and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 22-0 to the Cowboys.

Even if they lost, Gettysburg's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Michael Jager, Jensen Zweber, and Ayden Forgey, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Gettysburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lemmon/McIntosh, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Coming up, Gettysburg will look to defend their home field on Friday against Dupree at 7:00 p.m. As for Lemmon/McIntosh, they will head out to challenge Herreid/Selby at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
