Recap: School of the Ozarks Patriots vs. Chadwick Cardinals
The School of the Ozarks Patriots lost against the Chadwick Cardinals back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. School of the Ozarks had to suffer through a rough 71-32 loss at the hands of Chadwick. School of the Ozarks has not had much luck with Chadwick recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Graham Wilhoit and Josiah Martin certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Wilhoit scored eight points along with two steals, while Martin scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Timba Saffle, who scored five points along with three steals.
School of the Ozarks struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
School of the Ozarks' defeat dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Chadwick, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. School of the Ozarks will take on Niangua at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chadwick, they will be playing at home against New Covenant Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
