Soccer Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss

Riverside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the First Coast Buccaneers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Generals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in November of 2024.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for First Coast, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverside will host Raines at 7:20 p.m. on Monday. As for First Coast, they will welcome Westside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. First Coast is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.5 goals per game this season.
