Volleyball Recap: Gospel Light Christian Comes Up Short

Gospel Light Christian came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Triad Baptist Christian Academy Titans, falling 3-0. Gospel Light Christian hasn't had much luck with Triad Baptist Christian Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Gospel Light Christian's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Triad Baptist Christian Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Gospel Light Christian will venture away from home to square off against Cramerton Christian Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Triad Baptist Christian Academy, they will challenge Millers Creek Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
