Basketball Recap: Mescalero Apache Takes a Loss

Mescalero Apache lost against Eunice last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mescalero Apache Chiefs lost 56-36 to the Eunice Cardinals. The Chiefs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mescalero Apache's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Eunice, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

When Mescalero Apache and Eunice next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Mescalero Apache will try to stop Texico's nine-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Eunice will try to stop Santa Rosa's six-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
