Hershey was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Palmyra on Friday. The Trojans took their contest with ease, bagging a 48-0 win over the Cougars. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Cameron Sweeney was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 111 yards and one score on only nine carries, and also threw for 207 yards and one TD on only 18 passes. Those 207 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Daniel Oseghale made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Hershey didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Sweeney and Oseghale. Sweeney got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Hershey now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Palmyra, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
