Softball Recap: St. James Wildcats vs. E.D. White Cardinals

St. James lost against E.D. White two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The St. James Wildcats fell 7-4 to the E.D. White Cardinals. St. James has not had much luck with E.D. White recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Faith Reulet spent all seven innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six earned (and one unearned) runs on 11 hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Sa'Vya Sutherland made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

On E.D. White's side, Shelbee Gros looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (she also only allowed one walk).
