Football Recap: Hamilton Picks Up Seventh Consecutive Win

Hamilton faced Pinnacle in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Huskies blew past the Pioneers 49-13. Give the Huskies' offense some serious credit: that high-scoring performance was actually the fewest points they've scored all season.

A big part of Hamilton's victory came down to the chemistry between Jax Sculley and his top target Roye Oliver III. Sculley threw for 444 yards and five TDs while picking up 13.5 yards per attempt while Oliver III picked up 284 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Oliver III really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 87 yards. Jacob Brown helped Sculley out on the ground, rushing for 90 yards and one score.
