Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North). They were the clear victors by a 16-6 margin over the Tartan Titans on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Polars, who have now won three games in a row.

North's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Tartan, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Coming up, North will venture away from home to take on Rosemount at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Irish's pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so the Polars' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Tartan, they will square off against South St. Paul at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
