Gig Harbor moved up to 63 from 108 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 4A Narrows. The Tides were able to move up by besting South Kitsap 49-28.

Gig Harbor made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 2,972 from 5,158. The advance stemmed from a 49-28 victory over the Wolves last week.

Aaron Chantler's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Connor Scanlan threw for 75 and 2 touchdowns and Cody Alcott had 57 yards receiving. On the ground Sterling Brown chipped in 123 yards. Santana Johnson helped Gig Harbor's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 26 yards.

The Tides' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver.

Gig Harbor's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Tides feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Scanlan has thrown for 307 yards and 6 touchdowns this season, while Reese Carlson has 10 catches for 154 yards.

As it stands, the Wolves are in seventh, while Bellarmine Prep is in first.
